Fruit, a press, and no sermon
This is a juice bar, not a clinic. Nothing here cures anything; it just tastes good and started as recognizable fruit and vegetables this morning. The press runs in view, the pulp goes to a city farm, and the menu says what is in the cup in plain words.
Seasonal specials follow what is actually good, which is why the strawberry one vanishes in autumn instead of turning into flavoring.
